Soccer fans in the Los Angeles area can attend the U.S. Men's National Team debut and Game 7 of the 2026 World Cup at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.

Of the 104 matches in the tournament, 78 will be held in the United States. Thirteen matches will be held in Mexico and Canada. FIFA won the title on July 19 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. The World Cup opens on June 11 at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.

When will the 2026 World Cup matches be played in Los Angeles?

A total of 8 World Cup matches will be played at Sophie Stadium. FIFA has already announced the dates for each city in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

The United States has previously hosted three World Cup tournaments. The men's competition took place in 1994, and the women's competition took place in 1999 and 2003.

The 1994 and 1999 finals were held at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, and the 2003 finals were held in Washington, DC.
